Axel Duarte is an experienced soccer coach with a strong focus on youth development and high-performance environments. Currently the U14 MLS NEXT Head Coach at Sacramento Republic FC, Axel leads player development with an emphasis on tactical awareness and mental resilience.

Holding a USSF B License, a Master of Science in Sports Management, and a Master in High-Performance Football from MBP School of Coaches in Barcelona, Axel combines advanced education and his natural drive to create an environment that challenges players to reach their full potential, both on and off the field.

Axel remains committed to developing players with the technical excellence, mental fortitude, and tactical intelligence required to succeed at the highest levels of the game.

Santiago Castillo is a highly experienced soccer coach with expertise in youth development and performance analysis. Holding an A-Youth License from USSF and UEFA Level 1 (Spain), Santiago has earned multiple master’s degrees in Sports Management, Higher Education, and Performance Training & Rehab in Soccer.

Currently serving as a U13 & U14 MLS Next Head Coach he has a proven track record of nurturing young talent, with numerous players progressing to MLS academies. Santiago has also held key roles in MLS Next, USL and ECNL clubs, where he specialized in talent development, curriculum planning, and video analysis.

Santiago’s dedication to the game and his strategic approach to coaching continue to shape the future of soccer development.
